Snowshoeing is a type of walking through the deep snow with snowshoes and hiking poles. It runs often from December till April in Serbia, when the minimum coverage of the snow is more than 8 inches or 15-20 cm. As a blend of a recreation and nature – it is the best way to explore the mountains and to enjoy winter landscapes in your own pace and piece. OUR GUIDES
Professional, passionable, local and licensed.
All our mountain guides have the official license issued by Mountaineering Association of Serbia. They know tracks, viewpoints and hidden gems of the Serbian mountains. Mountaineering is their love, guiding their privilege. It’s their job also, with the following responsibilities. Besides taking care of safety, they will try to make a good atmosphere too. As a good hosts, they are willing to share the knowledge about mountain attractions and experience in snowshoeing with others. Being in good hands, you can totally relax and enjoy beautiful winter scenery or moonlight hikes in the absolute peace, joy and safety. Let’s meet!

What is your favorite?
Most of our tours are operating at the Dinaric Alps mountain range in Serbia and the largest base is at the Kopaonik Mountain. Other areas like Carpathians or Balkan Mountain could be offered on request. We are ready to build up multi days tailored made itinerary based on your request or to offer you interesting team building activities to remember.

At the "roof of Serbia"!
Our routes are designed to take you away from the ski centre into the unspoilt nature of the National Park Kopaonik with the safety that guiding by a professional Mountain Guide brings. A guided snowshoeing tours usually lasts from 2 to 6 hours, depending on chosen route, level of snow and a group size. There is always time for playing, taking photos on viewpoints and other places that are convenient for rest. We provide snowshoeing equipment and instruction in using it.

SNOWSHOE RENTALS
No snowshoes? No problem!
Old style, wooden snowshoes had a shape as tennis rackets and it is possible to see them in many restaurants, mountain hotels and ski rentals today as a wall decoration. Modern snowshoes are made of lightweight metal, plastic and synthetic fabric. There are two places at Kopaonik where you could find snowshoes with hiking poles and gaiters for rent: Ski servis Stiv i Ski servis Gala Sport. At Goc Mountain, snowshoes are available at Kedar Selo Goc. At Golija Mountain, you can find them at countryside household Sekler.
